POPANERF ENTERTAINMENT USA, LLC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment Terms and Conditions:

To confirm a booking a minimum $ 175.00 deposit payment is required to hold the event date and time. If you book an event without securing your deposit and confirmation, Pop-A-Nerf Entertainment will not be responsible if another event is scheduled with a deposit during the same time and date your event. Full payment is expected to be made the day before the event date via cash or by paying this online invoice.

Rain Policy: On the day of the event, if the weather is not suitable for the event because heavy, and or continuous down-pours, you have the right to cancel with full refund minus $175.00 minimum deposit, or reschedule the event, or move the event to an indoor location of your findings (must be approved by Pop-A-Nerf Entertainment personnel), however, if the weather is only occasional, light showers, or drizzle, the event play time will be extended, if needed, to allow for extra play time because of passing showers.

Cancellation Policy: An event can be cancelled all the way up to the day of the scheduled event. Events canceled within 7 days prior to the day of the event, the minimum $175.00 deposit is non-refundable. If the event is canceled 7 days prior to the date of the scheduled event, a full refund will be made in the same manner it was paid.

Event Coverage and Break Policy: At Pop-A-Nerf Entertainment, we are dedicated to providing you with a smooth event experience. To ensure clarity and a seamless event, please review our policy regarding event coverage and breaks:

1. Two-Hour Event Coverage: Our standard event package includes two hours of coverage, starting from the designated event start time. During this time, our team will actively engage in Nerf war activities, ensuring maximum fun and excitement.

2. Breaks for Hydration and Celebration: Hydration breaks are taken as needed and are included within the two hour event time frame. Customer have the option to to break for celebration moments like singing happy birthday and or food breaks with in the two hour time frame. We allow brief breaks within the two-hour coverage for these purposes. Our team will work with you to plan these breaks to minimize disruption and ensure everyone's enjoyment.

3. Break Duration: Hydration breaks typically last no longer than 5 minutes at a time and are at discretion of Pop-A-Nerf Entertainment's staff members. Customers breaks for celebrations and food are usually about 15 minutes at the customers discretion. We recommend planning for breaks strategically to make the most of your two-hour event.

4. Extended Event Coverage: If you wish to extend the event beyond the initial two-hour coverage, please inform us in advance. Additional charges may apply for extended coverage.

5. Flexible Event Coordination: Our goal is to provide a flexible and enjoyable experience. We will collaborate with you to ensure that breaks are well-timed and that everyone has the opportunity to participate and celebrate.

Pop-A-Nerf Entertainment – Waiver of Liability

By participating in any Nerf War event, activities, or services provided by Pop-A-Nerf Entertainment, you agree to the following terms:

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that participating in Nerf War activities involves physical activity and the use of equipment that could potentially result in injury, harm or death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in these activities, including, but not limited to, bruises, scrapes, falls, or other injuries including death.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in Pop-A-Nerf Entertainment events, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives, or assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Pop-A-Nerf Entertainment, its owners, officers, employees, agents, or contractors from any and all liability for injury, loss of life, or damage arising out of or related to my participation, including negligence by any party.

3. Assumption of Responsibility

I understand that it is my responsibility to follow all safety instructions provided by Pop-A-Nerf Entertainment staff and to use the provided protective equipment, such as eye goggles, at all times during the event. I acknowledge that failure to adhere to safety guidelines may increase the risk of injury, and I assume full responsibility for any consequences resulting from such actions.

4. Consent for Medical Treatment

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Pop-A-Nerf Entertainment to provide or arrange for emergency medical treatment as deemed necessary, and I assume all responsibility for any resulting costs.

5. Minor Participants

If I am signing on behalf of a minor participant, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor and have the authority to enter into this agreement. I agree that the terms of this waiver apply to both myself and the minor participant.

6. Image and Video Release

I consent to the use of any photographs or video footage taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes by Pop-A-Nerf Entertainment.
